Business Development/Originations Analyst | Venture Fund

Our client looking for a talented and highly motivated Analyst to join their biz dev/deal execution team. This person will work closely with the Partners to make a real impact on the business through involvement in all facets of the deal process from sourcing to execution.

*MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN DEAL SOURCING, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT and/or ORIGINATIONS IN FINANCE

Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate must have 1-4 years of experience in private equity, venture, investment banking,  financial services or consulting within a biz dev or sourcing role
  • Title, role, and compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s level of experience
  • An Associate’s responsibilities will go above and beyond deal execution and include a focus on business development, including deal sourcing, outbound prospecting, and maintaining relationships with prospective clients. Outbound efforts include calling prospective clients, attending trade shows, and networking with private equity and venture capital firms. Associates also work on all aspects of the execution of transactions including financial modeling, industry, and company due diligence, document creation, and managing the entire transaction process.
