Capital Raising Analyst & Associate | Prestigious Real Estate Private Equity Firm

Our client, a prestigious real estate private equity firm, is searching for a capital raising analyst to join their dynamic team in NYC. They are looking for someone to join the capital formation team to support capital raising, marketing, client relationships, investor reporting, business development, and the co-investment process.


Investor Relations –

  • Maintain and develop client relationships with high net worth individuals, family offices, RIAs, and institutional investors
  • Administration and distribution of investor reports, marketing collateral, and other communications to the investor base
  • Prepare quarterly investor reports and respond to inbound investor inquiries
  • Manage all aspects of the firm’s capital raising activities:
    • Preparing offering documents with outside legal counsel
    • Preparing marketing collateral
    • Coordinating investment administrative activities including investor lists, subscription agreements, investment commitments, etc

Co-Investment – 

  • Work closely with the acquisition and asset management to analyze  investments and clearly communicate to LPs
  • Review material used to market co-investment opportunities to institutional investors
  • Work with deal teams to respond to investor requests during the co-investment process
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly reports for existing co-investments


  • At least one year experience or great internships in real estate (Private Equity or Investment Banking) either within IR/Marketing, portfolio management, acquisitions or asset management 
  • A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
  • Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills
  • Strong team player with an entrepreneurial predisposition and strong interpersonal skills as required to interact with personnel across senior levels of the firm
  • Self-starter with strong project management and follow-through skills
  • Capacity to discretely handle highly confidential and sensitive information
  • Comfort with organizing and interpreting large amounts of data
  • Familiarity with financial statements
  • Superior presentation, public speaking and writing skills
  • Ability to develop relationships both within the firm as well as with external parties.
  • Strong organizational skills
